Job Description
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Premium Salaried Loan product, including customer journeys and internal workflows.
- Own and manage end-to-end operational and credit underwriting processes.
- Act as a single point of coordination between Operations, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate closely with Risk teams to understand credit policies, underwriting logic, and decision frameworks.
- Translate business and underwriting requirements into clear process flows and system requirements for Tech teams.
- Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies; drive automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure faster turnaround times (TAT) without compromising credit quality or compliance.
- Monitor key process and business metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Support product enhancements and new feature rollouts by ensuring operational readiness.
- Work cross-functionally to align processes with business targets and growth objectives.
- Strong understanding of credit underwriting processes, preferably in lending, fintech, or financial services.
- Prior experience in Process Management, Product Operations, Business Operations, or Credit Operations roles.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Risk, and Technology teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven environments is a plus.
- High ownership and accountability for end-to-end processes.
- A mindset focused on speed, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Ability to balance risk controls with business growth.
- Hands-on, execution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
