- House Plan & 3D Exterior Designer Entry-Level Position (Tollygunge, Kolkata) We are a growing architectural and interior design firm based in Kolkata, looking to expand our team with a talented House Plan & 3D Exterior Designer. Who We Are Looking For: We need a creative and skilled designer with experience in duplex and triplex building floor plans and 3D exterior elevation designs. This is an entry-level position, suitable for both male and female candidates with a degree/diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering. If you are eager to learn, improve your skills, and build a career in architectural design and 3D modeling, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: Design and draft functional, space-optimized 2D (and possibly 3D) floor plans. Create 2D and 3D exterior elevation designs. Collaborate with team members and clients to refine designs based on feedback. Key Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Basic understanding of architectural concepts and space planning. Proficiency in CAD and other 2D/3D design software (please specify in your application). Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and be open to feedback. English communication skills are a plus but not mandatory.
