    Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager HR (Sales) Location: Ahmedabad Mithakadhi Department: Human Resources Reports To: AGM- HR Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - HR to work closely with leadership to manage the complete employee lifecycle, drive strategic HR initiatives, and enhance organizational performance. The role involves managing HR activities, driving talent acquisition, and leading employee engagement efforts across multiple locations. ,Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management: Work closely with leadership to manage HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Talent Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate with leadership to attract, retain, and develop talent at all levels. Training & Development: Plan, design, and execute training programs to upskill employees and support professional development. Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance skills, performance, and knowledge of HR systems, processes, and policies. Travel: Visit Sales & Marketing locations (minimum of 4 locations/month) to manage HR activities and engage with employees. Policy & Process Review: Review and implement SOPs, policies, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance. Performance Management & Succession Planning: Oversee performance management, succession planning, and competency mapping. Analytical Skills: Utilize advanced MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. HR Compliance & Reporting- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, Maintain accurate HR records for internal or external audits and generate regular reports on sales department performance, turnover, and other relevant metrics. Qualifications: Education: Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to sales and marketing teams. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced MS Excel. Open to travel across the country. Strong understanding of HR processes, compensation structures, and performance metrics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions within a sales & Marketing team. Additional Information: Languages: Proficiency in South Indian languages is a plus.
