We are looking to hire an individual with dynamic personality, proven to have leadership skills - preferably having experience of managing a team in past or current. The position - "Head of Operations- Diet" will expect the candidate to have minimum experience of 7+ years in a hospital environment or an organization, having consulted patients ailing from various chronic conditions. Basic Responsibilities: Minimum 7+ Years experience. Preferred Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification. Develop educational materials and programs related to nutrition. Ability to handle team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to diagnose patients" Blood reports and analyze current health condition. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in nutrition science. Must be able to educate Dietitians on formulating Nutritional program based on Health conditions of each individual. Strong leadership skills, ability to resolve issues and maintain healthy work environment. Basic Project Management skills, to overall manage/ monitor Dietitians on the progress of individuals. Bridge between Management and Team. Implementing effective processes and standards Managing customer service and ensuring customer retention. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Reporting to senior management and evaluating the efficiency of the business and its operations.
