Skills Required: Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle employee concerns effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls for recruitment and HR-related communication. Job Roles & Responsibilities: As an HR Professional, you will be responsible for: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews. Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and find the right talent. Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization. HR Operations & Employee Relations Handling employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records. Addressing employee grievances and providing necessary resolutions to maintain a positive workplace culture. Handling inbound and outbound calls related to recruitment, employee queries, and HR-related communication. Employee Engagement & Training Supporting employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and retention strategies. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies to enhance workplace productivity. Organizing training and development programs to upskill employees.
