Job Description
- Manage a team of 4-5 recruiters who will report directly to you.
- Source and screen CVs from various job portals.
- Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Organize and schedule final round interviews with the Regional Head of HR.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ensure candidate sourcing, screening, and validation meet client specifications.
- Achieve the revenue goals set for the business unit.
- Engage with clients to grow and maintain relationships.
- Schedule personal interviews, maintain candidate databases, and follow up.
- Keep consistent communication with candidates and clients until the final joining.
- 0-6 months of experience in recruitment (freshers can apply).
- Must be a Post Graduate.
- Energetic, outgoing, and eager to interact with people.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills with effective convincing abilities.
- Confident and professional demeanor.
