- Project Manager Civil Construction (Water Treatment Plant) Location: Bangalore Salary: 40,000 to 1,00,000 per month Languages Required: Tamil and Kannada (Fluent) Job Description: Gind Infra Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage civil construction projects, particularly focused on water treatment plants. The role will involve comprehensive responsibilities from site allocation to vendor management, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Site Allocation & Monitoring: Manage and allocate construction sites. Oversee daily activities and ensure compliance with project timelines. Labour Allocation: Supervise and allocate labor resources efficiently to maintain productivity and meet deadlines. Cash & Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource allocation within financial parameters. Vendor Management: Liaise with and manage external vendors, ensuring timely supply of materials and services. Project Coordination: Collaborate with different teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned with the overall goals and objectives. Required Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE) or a degree in Civil Engineering. Experience: Proven experience managing civil construction projects, specifically in water treatment plants. Languages: Fluency in Tamil and Kannada (both written and spoken) is a must. Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Ability to handle budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor coordination. Desired Qualities: Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams.
