Job Description

    Job Summary: The Category Manager for Doctor Consults will be responsible for owning the P&L for the category, focusing on revenue growth, margin optimization, and the strategic direction of doctor consultation services. The primary responsibility will be to monitor fulfillment, ensure effective service delivery, identify issues, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Revenue & Margin Management: Own and drive the revenue and margin performance for doctor consultations (both in-person and telemedicine). Work with the operations team to monitor and ensure cost-effective service delivery while maximizing profitability. 2. Fulfillment: Oversee the fulfillment of doctor consultations by identifying any operational or delivery issues that impact customer satisfaction, revenue, or margins. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that doctor consultations are delivered efficiently, maintaining quality and timeliness. Continuously monitor KPIs related to consultation fulfillment and work to close any gaps in service delivery. 3. Network Management: Through the Network Manager, oversee the network of doctors, ensuring that quality standards are met while driving network expansion, particularly in underserved areas. Develop strategies for improving the availability of doctors and increasing the volume of consultations. 4. Customer Experience: Ensure that customer experience remains a top priority, driving improvements in the quality of consultations and ensuring timely delivery. Address service-related issues and ensure customers are satisfied with the consultation process. 5. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on revenue, margins, and operational challenges, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. Use data and insights to develop action plans to close gaps in service delivery and achieve financial goals. 6. Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and sales to deliver the categorys objectives. Provide direction and leadership to the Network Manager who will be responsible for doctor recruitment and management. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years in category management or healthcare services, with a focus on doctor consultations, telemedicine, or healthcare operations. P&L Management: Proven track record of owning P&L and managing revenue and margins. Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify issues, think strategically, and collaborate with teams to solve complex problems. Customer-Centric: Focus on driving a seamless and positive customer experience in doctor consultations.
