Responsibilities & Key Deliverables To be responsible for New Product Development through APQP, CDMM DE Role To read and understand drawing / SOR To define Product and Process requirements To identify the correct supplier base To perform technical synthesis and sign off with stake holders To create and send RFQs & doing Feasibility study To do Commercial comparison (Quote Comparison) To do ZBC for part and FTG To plan and execute FTG To ensure part development as per Project requirements e,g Proto,Tooled up , PPAP Approved To establish of Run at rate / Capacity as per volume Projections To conduct VAVE work shop for cost reduction Experience 4 to 6 Years Industry Preferred Automotive Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering General Requirements Strong understanding on Manufacturing Process, GD&T, and Heat treatments Hands on experience of developing automotive DAC & Mech Prop Parts like, Brakes, Suspension, Wiper, Axle, Engine Mounts, Starter Motor, Alternator, and Mechanisms Knowledge on machining process, Fine Blanking, Sintering, and Forging Reliability, DVP&R, Warranty finalization with supplier Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, SPC, & CMVR regulation Make Vs Buy Analysis,
