Your Responsibilities Conduct and manage quality audits across the organization Maintain ISO certification and ensure compliance with standards Implement and oversee CMMI processes and maturity levels Establish quality governance frameworks and procedures Create and present quality performance reports to management Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings Collaborate with teams to implement quality management systems Manage external auditor relationships and certification processes Your Experience And Skills 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance Strong background in quality auditing and compliance Hands-on experience with ISO standards and certification Proven experience in CMMI implementation Experience in establishing quality governance frameworks Excellent reporting and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Why Westernacher Inspiring and exciting, innovative working environment.
