New Product Development Job in Evoke HR @ Kpr sugar apperals

Job Description

Maintain and manage project trackers. Keep in constant touch and co-ordination with various cross functional departments such as, Design, Purchase, R&D, Production to ensure the delivery of the project happens OTIF. Create specifications on technical based on brief received from customer, production and bill of materials. Support in all data entry and documentation related work. Ensure availability of materials, packaging materials and resources for mock ups. Evaluate samples on R&D /quality parameters and match specifications. Coordinate to Obtain approval from management / R&D / customer and document sign off. Create artwork briefs. Co-ordinate with internal team and customer for artwork approval. Document and summarize the NPD trails, BOM, revised specifications and master references. Regular updates to internal stakeholders & external customers to ensure they are fully notified on delivery times of all projects. Carrying out competitor and market research / Benchmarking Helping to decide on USPs, hero ingredients & marketing claims for products. Maintains component, fragrance and benchmark product / competitors products libraries.
