Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, process and technology-oriented Operation Manager (General Manager) to establish and lead our operational strategy and oversee the daily functions of the business. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Support and implement operational strategies to drive continuous improvement, efficiency and achieve company objectives. Collaborate closely with the executive team to set and execute the companys vision and strategy. Operational Management: To work closely with the business unit and actively participate in its operations and management. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders. Act as a primary point of contact for operations-related inquiries and concerns. Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing operations team through effective leadership, mentorship, and professional development. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Leadership: Build long-term relationships with key growth customers, providing leadership and direction in strategic customer interactions to ensure sustained business partnerships. Negotiate and secure high-value commercial agreements to drive sustained growth.
