Manager/Senior Manager - Learning & Development (L&D) Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad Reports To: Head - HR Key Responsibilities: Designing and Implementing L&D Calendar: Develop and execute an annual L&D calendar that aligns with organizational goals and employee development needs. L&D Policies and SOPs: Establish and maintain L&D policies and standard operating procedures to ensure effective training delivery and compliance. Usage of L&D Tools: Leverage L&D tools and platforms to enhance training delivery, track progress, and gather feedback. raining Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through follow-up initiatives and assessments. Implement continuous improvement strategies based on feedback and performance metrics. Management Information Systems (MIS): Utilize MIS to analyze training data and generate reports that inform decision-making and strategy adjustments. Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee participation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs to meet specific requirements. Facilitation and Coaching: Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed, ensuring engaging and impactful learning experiences. Budget Management: Assist in managing the L&D budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications: Masters degree preferred (MBA) 12+ years of experience in L&D, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.,
