About The Role We are seeking for a highly skilled individual with experience in financial services operations, transformation, product, specifically in Fund Accounting. The individual will be the global Product lead for Fund Accounting plus India site lead, reporting to Global head of Product. Candidate needs to have strong leadership qualities to be able to lead and drive teams locally and globally. Candidate needs to have client facing skill set and be able to work with clients directly locally and globally. Candidate will responsible for creating, commercializing and rolling out a Synergy Fund Accounting Product that can be beneficial for all Fund Administrators (traditional and hedge fund) and Buy side clients. Experience in Fund Accounting Operations to cut daily, monthly NAVs is necessary. Any additional experience in product management involving pricing, oversight, escalation is a plus. As part of this remit the candidate needs to be able to work with internal teams across sales, product, technology & client success and key stakeholders at clients globally. Candidate needs to be self-motivated and experience in managing people and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Fund Accounting: Responsible for creating Synergy Fund Accounting Product Responsible for commercializing the product and creating value proposition for Fund Administrators & Buy side Responsible for working with Sales and creating a X $$$ for Fund Accounting product Leadership: Lead the Client Data Onboarding team globally. Provide site leadership for teams across all functions Present senior leadership and face of the company for clients in India Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external counterparties. Manage key stakeholders at clients globally for client data onboarding Escalate and manage issues with key stakeholders proactively Requirements: Minimum of 7-10 years in the financial services industry, preferably with syndicated loan sell-side experience Must have deep working knowledge of operational processes and lifecycle events in financial servics Experience working with or using financial services technology. Technology development work is a plus. Well presented with solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote/global environment. Ability to work collaboratively with various groups in multiple capacities across an organization The ability to give and receive constructive feedback, helping to improve the team and organisations overall knowledge,
