This 6-month trainee program is designed for high-potential MBA graduates from Tier 1 business schools who are eager to build a career in recruitment. Youll get hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, learning how to source, engage, and hire top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Support the complete recruitment cyclefrom sourcing to onboarding. Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Engaging Conversations: Conduct persuasive and sales-driven conversations with candidates, promoting Zycus as an employer of choice. Candidate Management: Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth candidate experiences. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the TA team to align recruitment strategies with business needs. Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire. Job Requirement What Were Looking For MBA from a Tier 1 business school is a must. Strong conversational and interpersonal skills with a "salesy" and persuasive approach. Highly aggressive, tenacious, and action-oriented with excellent follow-up skills. A go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Prior experience or internships in recruitment or sales is a plus but not mandatory. What Youll Gain Exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a global SAAS company. Hands-on experience working closely with business leaders and hiring managers. Development of critical soft skills, including stakeholder management and negotiation. Fast-paced, high-energy environment with a focus on performance. Potential for a permanent role post successful completion of the trainee program.,
