Role: Senior Executive - Talent Marketing and Employer Branding Location: Bangalore Experience: 3-4 Years Department: Marketing Position Overview: Sonata Software is a global leader in Modernization Engineering, and we are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive Talent Marketing and Employer Branding to enhance our brand visibility and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing employer brand, attracting top talent, and promoting our organizational culture. The incumbent will collaborate with various stakeholders (internal and external) to design and implement innovative talent marketing strategies that resonate with potential candidates Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or a related role. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair. Proficiency in data analysis and metrics tracking to measure campaign effectiveness. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
