Location : Bangalore / Chennai MAX ECTC 17 LPA Experience: 7+ years Responsibilities Job Description: Define and prioritize product backlog items for testing products, aligning with company goals and customer needs Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and design to ensure effective product delivery Develop and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide product demos Ensure testing products meet quality, security, and compliance standards Drive adoption of automation frameworks and testing tools Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product decisions Manage and prioritize testing product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders Requirements 7+ years of experience in product management or ownership, with a focus on testing and automation Proven experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and tools Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Nice To Have Experience with testing product development, including test data management and test environment management Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms and tools Certification in product management or a related field (e.g., CSPO, PMI-ACP) Experience with data analytics and reporting tools Client Submission Tracker Candidate Name Total Exp.
