Role Overview: We are looking for a CTO & Co-founder who will lead the technology vision and development of Munch Mart. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in mobile app development using Flutter, Python, and SQL and be capable of building a scalable and robust platform. Key Responsibilities: Lead Product Development Architect, develop, and maintain the mobile app and backend infrastructure. Tech Strategy & Roadmap Define the technology stack, ensure scalability, and drive innovation. App Development Build a seamless user experience with a high-performance mobile application. Database & Backend Management Develop and optimize SQL databases and backend APIs. Team Building & Leadership Recruit, mentor, and manage a strong tech team as the company scales. Security & Compliance Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance with industry standards. Collaboration with Business Teams Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing to align tech with business goals. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in Flutter for mobile app development. Strong backend knowledge in Python & SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL). Experience in building and scaling B2B/B2C platforms. Previous experience in food-tech, retail-tech, or SaaS startups is a plus. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation. This is a co-founder role with equity-based compensation initially.
