Job Description

Dear All, We are hiring for "New Product Development"(NPD) Experience - 5 Years ( Fragrance, Cosmetics , Bottles ) Location - VIle Parle , Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform product development decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, including design, features, materials and performance criteria. Create and manage project timelines, ensuring critical milestones are met throughout the product development lifecycle. Coordinate prototype development, testing and validation, collecting and analysing data to inform product refinements. Work with suppliers and manufacturers to source components, materials and production processes that meet quality standards and cost targets. Conduct product analysis, user testing and gather feedback to evaluate product usability, functionality and overall customer experience.
