- JD - DM Supply Chain Management (DTC Fulfilment) (NITIE Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Manager - Supply Chain Management Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Fulfilment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, enhancing fulfilment efficiency, and ensuring seamless customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in supply chain management, particularly in a DTC environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and timely delivery for DTC operations. Oversee daily fulfilment operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure the availability of stock, timely delivery, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Utilize data analytics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track supply chain performance, identify trends, and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Identify areas for process improvement within the supply chain and fulfilment operations. Develop and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to DTC fulfilment. Address and resolve any supply chain or fulfilment-related issues promptly to minimize impact on customer satisfaction and business operations. Ensure that all supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Required Skills Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed college. (e.g., NITIE) is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on DTC fulfilment. Proven experience in managing fulfilment operations, inventory management, and logistics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing or mentoring a team Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
