- Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and manage complex engagements involving multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling large-scale programs with inherent ambiguity and a changing landscape. The Program Manager will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all external interactions, ensuring seamless communication and execution across various domains, including technology, finance, marketing, procurement, and quality. The role also involves risk management, team recruitment and enablement, and shaping the future direction of the program, technology, or product. Key Responsibilities: Engagement Management: Lead and manage large, complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Execution Oversight: Oversee the execution of agreements with a focus on managing inherent ambiguity and adapting to changes in the landscape during execution. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for external parties across various functions, including technology, finance, marketing, procurement, quality, and audit, ensuring clear and effective communication. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the program, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Team Recruitment & Enablement: Recruit, onboard, and enable a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the teams success. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic direction of the program, technology, or product, ensuring that future developments are aligned with organizational goals and market needs. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing large, complex engagements. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in risk management and problem-solving. Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to changing conditions. Experience in liaising with external stakeholders across various functions. Strategic thinking and the ability to shape the future direction of programs or products.,
