Job Description Compliance Calculation of GST in case of real estate affordable & non- affordable projects. Working knowledge of TDS (i.e. TDS on Salary, Non- Salary, NRI etc.) Working knowledge of GST returns & TDS returns. Working knowledge of RERA qtrly returns, annual returns Working knowledge of preparations of RERA withdrawal certificated. Documentation and supporting Income Tax, GST Assessment. Monthly & Quarterly DTCP Return Preparation of internal MIS for management on timely basis. Maintaining of books of accounts and book keepings in Tally. Job Description Treasury Related Working Maintaining of books of accounts and book keepings in Tally. Calculation of interest due on loan. DD for RERA/ BG for RERA or DTCP or Project Loan/OD/Infra Loan/Project Loan/For Clearance etc. Working knowledge of preparations of RERA withdrawal certificated. Job Requirement Education: B. Com / CA Dropout Computer Proficiency: Tally, Excel (Advance like vlookup & sumif etc.), ERP Experience: 5 to 7 Yrs. (preference to person in Accounting of Real Estate developers" firm) Good Interpersonal skills Good Presentation skills,
