Job Title Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Human Resources Location Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh Required Number 1 Job Description The ideal candidate should have strong experience in employee recruitment, Create job descriptions, Job Posting, Application Tracking system, Scheduling & conducting interviews, Perform reference checks BGV Processing new appointments & onboarding process Preparing HR documents Responsible for developing and refining the systems Maintain the management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures Handle confidential matters with discretion Strong problem-solving skills, Personal Record Maintenance Managing HR documents, Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS, Overall HR affairs. Qualification MBA - HR & Administration. MHRM / BBA / BBM /B.Com with relevant HR work experience is also preferred Experience 5 -15 Years Experience Required Last Date to Apply March 10, 2025,
