- Company Description Sainik Industries Private Limited (Getsun power) is a lithium ion Industrial Battery Manufacturing company based in Noida sec 83. We are majorly targeting on telecom sector for Providing Lithium Ion based Battery Solutions, B2B segment to provide Energy Storage Solutions, Solar applications and Automobile Batteries. Role Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated R&D Project Manager to lead and manage the day to-day activities of our Research & Development (R&D) and New Product Development (NPD) department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, overseeing new battery pack development, and ensuring seamless execution of projects from concept to commercialization. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple R&D and NPD projects, ensuring timely execution while meeting technical, cost, and quality objectives. Lead the design, prototyping, and testing of Lithium-ion battery packs for 2W, 3W, and Energy Storage applications in alignment with market demands. Collaborate with engineering, production, testing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth integration of new technologies into production. Ensure all battery packs meet AIS, BIS, IEC, and other relevant standards for safety and performance. Define and execute testing protocols for battery packs, including thermal management, lifecycle testing, and abuse testing. Evaluate and coordinate with suppliers for components like cells, BMS, connectors, and enclosures to ensure quality and reliability. Plan and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to maximize efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Energy Storage, Mechanical or related fields. 3-4 years of experience in Lithium Battery Technology. Strong knowledge of battery chemistry, thermal management, BMS, and safety standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Hands-on experience in battery pack designing, prototyping and testing. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/industrial environment.,
