- Job Title: Tech Lead Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 12+ years Role Overview: The candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping Indibid's technological vision, driving product development and leading a team of developers. As a startup Tech Lead, you must wear multiple hats from coding and architecture design to team management and strategic planning. We are looking for a dynamic leader with hands-on expertise in Flutter, Node.js, MongoDB, AWS, and Unity, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. The ideal candidate is not just a tech leader but also a problem-solver and a team builder ready to take ownership of the platform's end-to-end technology lifecycle. Key Qualifications: Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 12+ years in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role such as CTO, Head of Engineering, or Tech Lead. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Flutter for mobile development. Strong experience with Node.js for backend development. Hands-on experience with MongoDB for database management. Deep knowledge of AWS for cloud infrastructure. Exposure to Unity for game development. Important but compulsory. Clean Architecture: Proven ability to design scalable, clean, and maintainable code architecture. Leadership Skills: Experience building, mentoring, and scaling tech teams in a startup or high-growth environment. Problem Solving: Ability to think critically, debug efficiently, and address performance bottlenecks. DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with modern DevOps practices for deployment and system monitoring. Agility: Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies and fast iterations. Preferred Skills: Experience in handling high-traffic, real-time platforms.
