Responsibilities and Duties As a Junior Design Engineer at CEC, you will: Develop customized systems tailored to client requirements. Document and track the design and development process meticulously. Interact with clients to understand their detailed requirements and expectations. Travel to client locations, if required, to implement solutions and provide support. Establish timelines and development goals for assigned projects. Take ownership of assigned processes and client interactions, ensuring quality delivery. Guide customers towards best practices and optimal engineering solutions. Implement solutions directly at the customer end and provide necessary follow-ups. This role offers a hands-on experience with a diverse range of engineering challenges, enabling you to grow professionally while contributing to impactful projects. Qualifications We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who meet the following criteria: Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Freshers from the 2024 and 2025 graduating batches. Mandatory Skills: Strong understanding of design concepts and basic engineering fundamentals. and ability to think critically and analytically. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Knowledge and proficiency in any 3D CAD and 2D CAD software.
