Job Description

Due Diligence and Assurance Functions Conduct financial and operational due diligence for clients. Prepare detailed reports highlighting key findings and recommendations. Assist in identifying risks and opportunities during engagements. Audit Responsibilities Execute Internal, Statutory, and Management Audits. Ensure compliance with IND AS and applicable statutory requirements. Evaluate internal controls and suggest process improvements. Client Engagement Act as a primary point of contact for clients during engagements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively. Travel Requirements Travel across Mumbai Metropolitan Region to client locations for audit assignments. Ensure comfort and readiness for frequent travel. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification and Experience Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter or equivalent). Mandatory prior experience in Audits and Assurances. Candidates with experience in Internal Audit, Due Diligence, or Management Audits during articleship or employment will be given preference. Skills and Competencies Strong working knowledge of IND AS. Proficiency in Tally ERP9 and other accounting tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and analytical mindset. Other Requirements Comfortable traveling pan-Mumbai for client engagements.
