Role Description This is a full-time role for a PAC Cosmetics - Influencer Marketing position located in Goregaon. As a member of our Influencer Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing influencer campaigns to promote our products. You will collaborate with influencers, manage partnerships, track campaign performance, and identify new opportunities to expand our reach. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and knowledge of the beauty industry will be key in driving our brand's success. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders. Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes. Develop content ideas and write and curate content. Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users. Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns. Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencers. Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Proven experience 3 years+ in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry. Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and emerging trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Influencer Marketing Platforms, social media Analytics Tools) is a plus. Knowledge of legal and compliance considerations in influencer marketing is desirable. (ref:updazz.com),
