You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop reports, and provide strategic recommendations that will drive business growth and enhance our competitive edge. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and insights that can inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks. Perform complex data analysis tasks, including data cleansing, aggregation, and visualization. Develop and maintain advanced data models and analytical. tools. Create and automate reports and dashboards for key stakeholders. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data storage and retrieval processes. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide data- driven insights. Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies. Develop predictive and prescriptive models to support decision-making. Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis. Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills : Proven experience of minimum 3 years as a Data Analyst or similar role. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Solid knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL). Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
