    About MKR Techsoft Private Limited: Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Development Manager with a minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, particularly in the digital marketing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and acquiring international clients, driving revenue, and building long-term relationships across global markets. The BDM will play a crucial role in expanding MKR Techsofts presence in international markets by generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring client satisfaction through the delivery of tailored digital marketing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth by developing and executing strategic business development plans targeting international markets and clients. Cultivate and manage strong relationships with international clients, understanding their unique business needs and delivering customized digital marketing strategies. Identify and prospect new international business opportunities to expand MKR Techsofts global footprint. Work closely with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Social Media, etc.) to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction across multiple markets. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively generating leads, converting prospects, and closing high-value deals with international clients. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to successful deal closure. Act as a consultant to international clients, advising on digital marketing trends, strategies, and solutions that align with their business goals. Regularly track and report sales performance, lead generation, and market trends to senior management. Maintain a thorough understanding of global digital marketing trends and competitors to inform strategies and maintain a competitive edge in international markets. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on digital marketing services and international clients. Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets in global markets. Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships with international clients and stakeholders. Deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively with international clients across various cultural backgrounds. Ability to manage complex international accounts and offer tailored solutions based on client needs. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of global digital marketing strategies and industry best practices. Strong sales and negotiation skills with an ability to close high-value deals. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), MS Office, and other sales and communication tools. Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with international clients. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.
