Job Description
- Since we wnat to keep the structure lean, Next year onwards We will have Circle Head - Liability Sales between Cluster Head - LS & Zonal Head - LS. the span for the same will be 5 Cluster Head will report to Circle Head & 3-4 circle Heads will further report to Zonal Head. Till the time these zones are produtive would like to drive the business through only 6 strong Zonal Heads instead of keeping 12-13 Circle Heads in between. 1. Recruitment, training, hand holding and guiding of the Cluster Head /SM/Sales Executives / SSM attainment of budget and incentives. 2. Develop strategy to acquire SA/ CA for various segments and deliver quality accounts that facilitates building healthy retail liability book. 3. Ensure that all team members are on the expected level of productivity. 4. Cross selling of asset and 3rd Party products & forex business . 5. Review existing products and Remain updated market development and trend and apprise vertical head 6. Stay updated on the recent changes in policy guidelines and educate sales team 7. Assist vertical head in product design 8.Implementing regulatory requirements as per product norms 9. Driving Fee business (Forex & Insurance revenue),
