Drivensteel Engineering, a leader in providing innovative engineering solutions, is looking to hire a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to communicate and build relationships with clients across the US and Canada, contributing to business growth and development. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients in the US and Canada through phone calls, emails, and other channels to generate leads and drive sales. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and cold calling. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the US and Canada, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Sales Pitching: Present and sell Drivensteel Engineerings products and services to prospective clients, ensuring a compelling case for how our solutions meet their needs. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and conduct initial assessments to understand the clients needs, requirements, and pain points. Sales Process Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track client interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients. Reporting & Analysis: Regularly update the management team on sales activities, performance, and client feedback, and suggest improvements based on market trends. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to clearly articulate product offerings and engage in meaningful conversations with clients. Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proven experience in cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business. Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales platforms to track leads, client communication, and sales progress. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-Motivated & Driven: Must be proactive, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a competitive market. Availability: Willing to work in night shifts to accommodate the US & Canada time zones.
