Job Title / Role: Program Manager Collective Capabilities Department: IQL - Training Section / Unit: IQL / AME Position Reports to: Dean - AME Purpose of the Role: Develop identified collective capabilities with a simulated learning environment and Communities of Practice. Role Description: 1. Identify and define the collective capabilities in manufacturing business process through a structured need analysis. 2. Evaluate the identified capabilities against COP vs Dojo using the criteria. 3. Co-create the learning design (Modules, Assessment, and Action learning) with the identified partner. 4. Deliver the modules to the audience nominated (As per the criteria), action learning and assess the effectiveness. 5. Review the modules periodically based on the effectiveness of every batch to keep the solution contemporary. 6. Co-create the simulated learning practices and infrastructure, action learning and assess the effectiveness. 7. Conduct pilot of Dojo training, action learning and assess effectiveness. 8. Review the Dojo training periodically in the effectiveness of every batch to keep the solution contemporary. Managing Points (Key KPI/KRAs): 1. No. of new learning solutions (DOJOs & COPs) developed - Monthly 2. No. of action learning projects during and post program - Monthly 3. Effectiveness of the learning solutions (L1 to L4) - Monthly 4. No. of improvements carried out in the existing learning solutions (PDCA) - Monthly Education Qualification & Required Experience: 1. Engineering graduate/Postgraduate with ~10 years of experience in manufacturing in the TQM/TPM/Lean environment. 2. Experience in managing large manufacturing cells and units for collective performance. 3. Contributed to learning design and learning facilitation as SME. 4. Experience in application of project management in a cross-functional environment. 5. Engagement in continuous learning towards professional development. Specialized Skills or Training Needed to Perform the Job: 1. Certified master trainer* 2. Exposure to digital tools and techniques,
