Job Description: InsurTech Platform/Product Development Manager Location: Pune Salary: 18-20 LPA (Full-Time Employment Only) Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of InsurTech platform/products. Utilize InsurTech/Insurance domain knowledge to drive strategic initiatives. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is desirable. Manage and lead a diverse team, fostering collaboration and innovation. Utilize analytical and quantitative skills to develop business strategies backed by data. Implement Agile Development practices, delivering products using Scrum or Kanban frameworks. Serve as the Product Owner/Program Manager, ensuring project success. Implement lean/agile practices for efficient program planning, monitoring, and control. Demonstrate effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Cultivate a sense of community within Scrum teams while commanding respect. Employ Product Lifecycle Management processes for optimal product development. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Technology + Postgraduate degree in Technology or Management. Minimum 8 years of experience in developing and delivering InsurTech platform/products. Proficiency in InsurTech/Insurance domain. Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies with a preference for Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification. Experience managing diverse teams and influencing stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to utilize data and metrics to drive business decisions. Expertise in Agile Development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Familiarity with lean/agile practices and Product Lifecycle Management processes.,
