Location : Noida 62 ERP : SAP for 1 Noida position (Mandatory) & Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics for 2nd Noida position (Preferred) Minimum Criterion: Qualification CA Inter or ICMA Inter or MBA Finance Experience 6-10 years Industry Preference Retail/SSC Domain Preference AP, Finance & Accounts (Domestic) Client Management experience Language Fluent English Other Skills Impressive communication skills, PR mgmt. etc. Team handling experience of 5-10 team members Job Description Leading Project Service Delivery - FAO Ensuring SLA/KPIs monitoring and compliance Team Management - Work allocation, quality check, timeline adherence, team training Team hiring, replacement execution, backup planning Leading various audits (internal, statutory, special etc.) Process simplification initiatives Service Performance Report preparation, Cadence with client, monthly Governance with Senior management Ensuring internal governance review of region Building relationship with client to extend the relationship base Preparing risk control matrix of projects, monitoring of risks and getting process audited. (internal as well as statutory) Monitoring of project financial and ensuring set budgets are achieved.,
