As an NSO Coordinator at Purplle.com, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing the smooth opening of new retail stores, ensuring they align with our brand standards and operational excellence. This position requires strong organizational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and an enthusiasm for the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of new store openings from planning to execution, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Real Estate, Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, and IT to facilitate all pre-opening activities. Logistics Coordination: Oversee logistics related to store fixtures, inventory, and equipment to ensure readiness before the opening date. Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of products and services required for store setup. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all new stores comply with local regulations, company policies, and brand standards. Post-Opening Support: Provide ongoing support to newly opened stores to address initial operational challenges and ensure seamless integration into regular operations. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of store opening activities, budgets, and timelines; provide regular updates to stakeholders.,
