Role Description: We are seeking a full-time remote Co-founder & News Editorial Head to oversee the content strategy and operations of TheSocialTalks.com. This leadership role involves managing a team of writers and editors while collaborating closely with the co-founders to maintain high-quality, engaging, and thought-provoking content. The role also involves driving the platforms growth, visibility, and shaping its long-term vision. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic content plans Lead and manage a team of writers and editors Ensure high-quality and ethically sound news articles and editorials Drive audience growth and platform visibility Collaborate with co-founders on company vision and strategy Qualifications: Proven leadership and team management experience Strong understanding of the news media landscape and trends Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Experience in editorial decision-making and newsroom operations Expertise in digital publishing platforms and SEO Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively under deadlines Passion for journalism and commitment to ethical reporting Bachelor's degree or higher in journalism, communications, or a related field Join us.
