Job Title: Senior Mainframe Engineer (M204 Migration Projects) Introduction: We are seeking a skilled Senior Mainframe Engineer with extensive experience in M204 Migration Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mainframe technologies and will be responsible for leading and mentoring team members to ensure the successful completion of tasks. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving project success while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to M204 Migration Projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery. Provide expert-level guidance and support to team members in the completion of their tasks. Act as a subject matter expert for Mainframe and M204, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues as they arise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies. Mentor and groom junior team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. Mandatory Skills & Experience: Proven expertise in Mainframe Technologies, with a strong understanding of DB2, M204, and COBOL. Hands-on experience in M204 Migration Projects and a deep understanding of the migration process. Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience working in Agile development environments.
