- Job Description: Asst / Deputy Manager at Sansera Engineering Company Name: Sansera Engineering Job Title: Asst / Deputy Manager Sansera Engineering is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Asst/Deputy Manager. Asst/Deputy Managers play a crucial role in driving performance and ensuring operational excellence across multiple functions within the organization. Responsibilities Leadership: The Asst/Deputy Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring that they have clear objectives and are effectively coached and developed. Project Management: The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to execute on-time, on-budget, high quality engineering and manufacturing projects. Process Improvement: Asst/Deputy Managers are expected to continuously improve operational processes and drive efficiency across the organization, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions. The Asst/Deputy Manager will be responsible for maintaing machines in healthy condition for Resource Management: Asst/Deputy Managers will be responsible for managing resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity. Compliance: The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, proactively addressing any issues that may arise Requiremments ; The candidates must have the knowledge of CNC machine spindle assembly, Ballscrew Assy, specially MAKINO, Brother and HAAS machines, Hydraulic and Pnumatic Sstem, Gear box Assy Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving performance and achieving results. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methods. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. A proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
