The ideal candidate should have strong track record of expanding business in IT Sales - International markets. You will be responsible for driving strategic growth, leading teams, and managing sales operations in various global regions. Key Responsibilities: Business Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to target international markets and achieve sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and build long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to foster business growth. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and ensuring successful execution of strategies. Sales & Market Expansion: Drive new business opportunities, exploring untapped markets and expanding the company's footprint internationally. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with key clients, ensuring successful deal closures while maintaining long-term client satisfaction. Adaptability to Time Zones: Be flexible to work across different time zones based on business requirements, ensuring efficient communication and timely follow-ups with international clients. Requirements: Proven experience in IT Sales, with a focus on international markets. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to handle and motivate teams. Experience in driving business growth, achieving sales targets, and managing key accounts. Ability to work flexibly across time zones to meet business demands.
