- Dear Candidates, We have an urgent opening with a reputed company. Position: Assistant Manager Maintenance Experience: 12-15yrs Salary: 60-65k PM Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Mechanical Location- Aroor - Sadashivepet , Sangareddy TS Role & Responsibilities: 1. Plant Maintenance: Help to Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities. Manage the maintenance budget and resources effectively to minimize downtime and ensure smooth plant operations. oUtilize data-driven approaches to analyze equipment performance and reliability, optimizing maintenance practices. Establish spare parts inventory and maintenance schedules to address potential breakdowns proactively. oTo Guide/ Supervise/Attend Maintenance activity like- 1)Mechanical maintenance- Cylinders, bearings, pneumatic,Hydraulic,Gears,etc. 2)Electrical-PLC,VFD,Sensors,control panel, electrical wiring, electrical spares, etc. 3)Civil- Raw material details, slab,PCC,Mixture of material, etc. 4)System Technical- Break down,PM,MTTR/MTBF,predictive,CBM/TBM,etc. 5) Admin Technical- Purchase management, stores management, Inventory management, Project management, ERP management (SAP) 2. Equipment Reliability and Compliance: Assess the reliability and performance of critical manufacturing equipment and implement strategies to improve their efficiency. Work closely with other Dept. teams to ensure equipment compliance with GMP and safety regulations. Identify opportunities for technology upgrades and improvements to optimize plant operations and compliance. o 3. Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure that the plant design, equipment, and maintenance practices comply with all relevant industry regulations and standards, including safety and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the organization. Help to Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to maintain a safe work environment. 4. Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a competent team of engineering, design, and maintenance professionals. oFoster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment, encouraging professional development and continuous learning. Set performance objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Note: Candidate should be smart and confident with good communication skills.
