The Program Manager in the Marketing function will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the retail development framework and strengthening customer loyalty. What Will Do Development and Rollout of Concept Store Framework Design modern concept store layouts optimized for consumer engagement and operational efficiency. Create a comprehensive handbook detailing store design, operational procedures, and customer experience standards. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and oversee the deployment of the concept store framework across the network. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a value proposition for partners, ensuring seamless adoption. Retail Strategy and Innovation Lead initiatives to enhance retail channels and networks through innovative models tailored to market needs. Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and strengthen partnerships within the retail ecosystem. Customer Loyalty Program Development and Implementation Design and implement an enhanced loyalty program that rewards exclusivity, visibility, and dedication. Identify and develop capabilities to support the programs success while increasing customer retention. Drive the rollout of the program, monitor performance metrics, and integrate feedback for continuous improvement. What You Bring A successful candidate for the Program Manager role will have over 5 years of experience in retail, ideally in consumer electronics, healthcare, or hearing devices, with expertise in managing cross functional initiatives and customer loyalty programs. They should be skilled in project management and able to design innovative retail solutions, such as concept store frameworks, while aligning initiatives with business objectives. In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration with teams to drive successful outcomes. They should be strategic, customer-focused, and able to adapt to changing market conditions. Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for innovation will be key to advancing the companys retail and marketing goals. Prior Experience Includes 5+ years of proven experience in retail environments, preferably in consumer electronics, healthcare, or hearing devices. Extensive program management experience with a record of delivering cross-functional initiatives. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Expertise in customer loyalty initiatives and data-driven decision-making. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (masters preferred).
