Maintaining a smooth onboarding process Employee assets management Training, counselling, and coaching our staff & worker. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. Carrying out necessary factory administrative duties. Knowledge About EHS, Fire And Safety Requirements And Implementation Knowledge about Factory act, Employee wage act and pollution policy Conducting performance and wage reviews. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness. Creating clear reports of MIS. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy. Leading a team of junior human resource, Training & admin team Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. Ability to give presentations & attend Internal and external audits (ISO, Govt. bodies, Legal compliances). Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Attention to communication details Documents development of - HR Software, Code of conduct, Anti-harassment policy, Retaliation, Social media policy, Remote work policy, Workplace violence policy, Posh policy, Drug and alcohol policy, Recruiting and hiring policies, Compensation policy, Workplace injury reporting, Discipline policies, Dress code policy, Attendance policies, leave policies, Bereavement leave policy, Meals and break periods, Supplemental workforce policy, Electronic communications policy Personal Characteristics Good team player, Positive attitude, Energetic, Innovative and Out-of-the-box thinker.
