Job Profile We are looking for Director Product Management AI with a strong background in AI / ML and at least 10+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have a deeper understanding of AI technologies, product management best practices, and a proven track record of successfully bringing AI-driven products to market. The candidate will be responsible for guiding the development of AI products from conception to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI-based development. Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, for the Create experience. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Define product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch iterations. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies. Ensure that AI models and algorithms are effectively integrated into the existing applications and deliver tangible value to business. Ideal Candidate Bachelor's / Masters Degree with an experience of 15+ years in Product Management. Minimum of 10+ years focused on AI-based product development. Proven track record of delivering high-quality AI products that meet customer and business goals. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and technologies. Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering products on time and within budget. Ability to articulate complex concepts and influence various audiences. Good Communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Embrace an entrepreneurial spirit, adept at scaling new products from scratch and thriving in ambiguity.
