Interview round : L1, L2 and HR Education: Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Electronics and Instrumentation/Communications Engineering Must have Skills: Robotics, Industrial Automation, PLC Programming and SCADA Roles and Responsibilities: Requirement gathering for manufacturing test and process automation. Selection of automation hardware Automation System design Preparation of tester design documents such as Architecture doc, Wiring schematics, BOM & User manual PLC, SCADA & HMI Programming. Supplier interaction for HW sourcing Coordination of automation system wiring and verification Electromechanical system Integration testing Onsite installation of testers & sustenance support Required Skills and Experience: 5-8 years of Experience in Test and Process Automation including software & hardware development. SW development experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI etc., for test and process automation. Experience in Robot, Cobot, Vision, Motor Drives, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Nut runners, Vacuum Gripper, Leak Testers etc. Experience in hardware selection and defining mechanical fixture requirements. Experience in implementation of automatic pick and place solutions for electronics manufacturing. Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
