- Job Title - GN-Strategy-Sustainability Strategy- Senior Manager Management Level: 6-Senior Manager Location: Bengaluru Must-have skills: Decarbonization Strategy Portfolio & Op Model Good to have skills: Ability to leverage design thinking, business process optimization, and stakeholder management skills. Job Summary: This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. What are we looking for Must have skillset! MBA from a tier 1 institute with 3+ years of (post-MBA) work experience in consulting or related fields (preferrable) Strategic & Consulting Mindset - Ability to work on complex client problems and recommend innovative approaches and solutions Skillset to analyse large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data to draw insights and trends Structured problem solving and strong analytical skills Ability to present the recommendations in a compelling narrative through client ready deliverables. Excellent communication skills and ability to leverage that to for project delivery and stakeholder management Building on relationships with potential and existing clients and be responsible for business development in assigned areas Potential to work with diverse teams and to be able to foster learning, exchange and innovation Grasp of MS power point, Excel and Word is important. Other tools like Power BI, Tableau is a plus We are hiring across multiple roles! Experience in one or more categories listed below will be preferred. Professional & Technical Skills: - Relevant experience in the required domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
