Job Description

Quality Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. Process & Product Quality: Ensure compliance with ISO, ASME, CE, and industry standards. Testing & Inspection: Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product quality checks. Supplier & Manufacturing QA: Monitor vendor quality and production processes to reduce defects. Compliance & Certifications: Ensure regulatory compliance and drive audits & certifications. Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and Six Sigma initiatives. Team Management: Guide and train QA engineers & inspectors to maintain high-quality standards.
