Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Aviation - Growth Leader at ZestIoT. The role will be primarily located in Hyderabad with the flexibility of some work from home. The Aviation - Growth Leader will be responsible for overseeing Aircraft Turnaround Automation, Resource Optimization, and Predictability in Operations to ensure compliance with Airlines & Airport Operations plans. The role will involve leveraging IoT, Camera-AI, and connected operations to enable real-time prediction-driven decision-making with a definitive ROI. Qualifications Help customers understand solution & leverage solution for benefits business case Ability to understand similar system covering use case, problem & solution, benefits & savings realisation Drive revenue & customer product success growth Champion benefits realisation for user adoption & benefits realisation Strong communication and customer service skills Relationship with CXO & Senior leaders, Champions & influencers Experience in the aviation industry is plus Knowledge of aircraft operations and turnaround processes Understanding of predictive analytics and decision-making Understanding of data driven analytics, pockets of savings opportunities / inefficiencies, problem discovery Master's degree in Aviation Management or related field Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities,
