Job Description

We are seeking a creative and innovative Manager- F & B to join our team in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. This role involves developing new food products, improving existing menu items, and ensuring high-quality, scalable recipes that align with market trends and customer preferences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food innovation, strong culinary skills, and experience in product development within the QSR or food manufacturing sector. New Product Development (NPD): Research, develop, and test new menu items based on market trends and customer preferences. Create innovative and scalable recipes suitable for high-volume production. Ensure new products align with brand positioning and profitability goals. Recipe Optimization & Standardization: Improve existing menu items for better taste, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Develop standardized recipes and cooking procedures for consistency across outlets. Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct market research on emerging food trends, flavors, and customer preferences. Benchmark against competitors and introduce unique, trend-driven products. Collaboration & Training: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, supply chain, and marketing. Train kitchen staff on new recipes, cooking techniques, and food preparation methods. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all new products meet food safety, regulatory, and nutritional requirements. Maintain quality control by conducting product testing and taste panels. Cost Management: Optimize ingredient sourcing and portion control to maintain cost-effectiveness. Work with procurement teams to ensure consistent supply of raw materials.
