This internship provides a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and talent management. Responsibilities: - Assisting with recruitment processes like screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. - Contacting the e-cells of colleges and hiring interns. - Maintaining employee records and updating databases. Requirements: - Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. - Eager to learn and work in a start-up environment. - Quick and prompt response to tasks assigned. - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
